Very, very disappointed, we brought our vehicle in for a recall.
We called to make an appointment, and they said, "Okay, it's possible, it will be fixed by next week."
The days went by, but there was no news.
So we called ourselves. The electric battery needed to be replaced.
They didn't know when the battery would be available. They said it would be available indefinitely. And all this time, no one bothered to contact us.
We asked for a loaner car because we couldn't stay without a vehicle. With no loaner car available, they leave you in the lurch without a solution, wanting to keep your vehicle.
If you don't call yourself to find out, they'll never call you back.

I called this morning because my engine warning light came on. I was very well received and was even able to leave with my vehicle. The staff were very competent and friendly.

Avoid them absolutely! They are not humans, they are machines that take your money. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Me and my family. I do all my repairs and all my revisions there. Due to a credit card limit issue, I was unable to pay by card. A small amount, nothing more. I offered to make a transfer, showing them the transaction on my phone in front of them. As I have already done several times with them. Again, they refused because this one was not immediate. I am disabled and waiting for a kidney transplant. I showed them my disabled card. Nothing to do. I had to leave. And without my car. In the heatwave.
