I went to look at the used cars in the parking lot, but nothing suited me (puretech, puretech, and more puretech...). The manager was supposed to contact me to offer me other vehicles from his network... After a month, still no call from him... This is very unprofessional! A phone call doesn't cost much (much less than maintenance costs or spare parts, which cost a fortune!).

Very good review of this dealership.
From the friendly welcome over the phone to scheduling an appointment, which was quick, to a warm welcome during the appointment.
The garage was responsive in finding the problem and scheduling repairs.
Lower rates than other dealerships in the area (same brand) and much more welcoming.
I recommend this dealership without hesitation.

I took my C3 to the garage this morning.
Positives:
Very quick appointment, friendly staff, car picked up the same day.
Negatives:
I came in for a wiper fault diagnosis, having already been suggested a faulty switchgear. The quote given over the phone that day was around €900, which was too expensive for me. I paid €80 for the diagnosis, but the workshop manager refused to provide me with a written report, claiming that they don't conduct troubleshooting "normally," when he could easily have refused the car from the start. He also refused to print the paper quote.
In the end, I paid for a diagnosis without any written proof, which I find unprofessional. It's a shame, because the welcome and speed were excellent.

I made an appointment based on a recommendation; the team is very professional. I was given a quality loaner vehicle, a new electric C3. I recommend this garage.

A nightmare!!!! I'm forced to give one star, but frankly, they don't even deserve it. My vehicle was immobilized for three months. No explanation whatsoever ("you have to wait, we don't have a timeframe"). I won't go into details, but it was truly incomprehensible, and they clearly didn't care... and to top it all off, when I finally got the vehicle back, a bird had gotten in and covered the interior in droppings.
