Responsiveness and efficiency.
I called Garage Coufleaux one evening, feeling a bit overwhelmed because I was having trouble starting my car. I got an appointment the next day at 9 a.m. to investigate the source of the problem (while another garage offered me an appointment two weeks later).
My battery was changed in less time than it took me to write this message! Breathtaking responsiveness and incredible efficiency.

It's fine for very general mechanics, but you shouldn't ask for a diagnosis or repair for more specific problems. This will lead to exorbitant prices or a paid estimate with a very random sequence of work without knowing where you're going, so it's not a quote.
Until now, I've taken two of my vehicles in for maintenance. On one of them, they made three mistakes, giving exorbitant quotes and not fixing the problem. So I didn't follow through with the work and dealt with it differently.
I have very limited confidence in their problem analysis; I'll be looking at other mechanics in the future.
Now I'll let you be the judge.
