From the initial appointment to delivery, everything was handled in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner. We were interested in a Puma and were able to test drive several models to help us make our choice. Our advisor, Edwin, was very attentive and provided excellent advice.

I give 5 stars for the welcome, competence, and friendliness of the Ford garage. We were always very satisfied with their work; we were never disappointed. However, we won't be able to come back to buy a car because they've become far too expensive for our budget. There are no more city cars at a reasonable price. And we know you're not responsible for this major change. We have a small hope that the top management will realize their mistake in trying to push out the average customer. We sincerely wish you all the best for the future 🙂

Friendly welcome from the workshop manager. The service was taken care of and the work explained, with a quote provided.
The vehicle was returned by the same workshop manager.
The only downside is the price of routine services compared to some premium brands; this comment is made with full awareness of the situation.
