The opening hours are approximate. Don’t count on them. Received sms at 17:17 that my car is ready to be picked up by 6pm. Arrived there at 17:54 just to realise that I need to come again next day as they were already closed…

First experience at this garage! Professionalism and a warm welcome were guaranteed! The workshop manager went above and beyond to get approval for the warranty claim under the annual warranty I was entitled to from the vehicle's seller. It took some effort to get it approved, but he succeeded. I highly recommend this garage. The receptionist is very pleasant and attentive. I am truly satisfied.

I booked an appointment online, which was then cancelled the morning of the appointment because "we're fully booked," even though every single slot was available online. And then they told me, "We only do mechanical work." So, replacing a power steering pump isn't mechanical work, apparently. You learn so much from this bunch of clowns at their garage!

Visit to the Valmy garage to change the timing belt. A warm welcome, with a smile and a joyful welcome.
Everyone is very friendly and they're not out to rip you off.
The price for the belt was more than reasonable. I even asked for the accessory belt to be changed (I'd noticed by looking at it that it needed replacing).
The manager didn't push me to buy more by telling me it wasn't necessary. A huge plus.
I dropped off the car, and the garage called me back to tell me there had been a minor accident (a cracked windshield). Another plus: they took responsibility for their mistake and informed me honestly.
We reached an amicable settlement; the windshield was replaced at no extra cost, free wiper blades, and as a bonus, the interior of the car was vacuumed.
I can only congratulate the entire Valmy garage for their reliability, professionalism, honesty, and kindness.
First time and not disappointed. I can only recommend them. For my part, this will be my go-to garage. Thank you so much.

I had a flat tire in my Ford, and they took me in without an appointment! They had the tires in stock, and within an hour, I was on my way!
