Very mixed experience. I came for a simple license plate installation. The staff was quite pleasant. €30 for 15 minutes of labor, expensive in my opinion, but why not if the job is done well? Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed very clearly, without even taking measurements, that the plates were neither straight nor centered. I went back to have it checked, and it was so obvious that they immediately offered to reinstall them. I expected nothing less. When I asked, it turned out they never measure. I was very surprised by this response. They were friendly and resumed the installation, but I wasted almost two hours on two plates. I received no apology, and my plates were not properly installed. The front one in particular, which will have at least 2mm of clearance between the body and the plate because the holes weren't cleaned and deburred before reinstalling it... so it moves a lot. For me, it was the first and last time. Too bad because it's close to my house.

Avoid this garage at all costs! I took my vehicle in on February 20th, it was diagnosed, and since then, nothing. A warranty claim is mandatory, so it seems normal that it takes longer, but when you call every two days and are told, "We're swamped, I forgot, I'll call them back, I'm waiting for their reply, we'll call you back, etc..." And then in the end, no claim is ever filed with the warranty company... It's shameful to treat customers like this. Why not simply say that you can't or don't want to deal with the vehicle? Giving a negative answer is more understandable and acceptable than leaving customers in the lurch, especially for a problem that requires fairly quick attention!
