Very well received, friendly and explicit interlocutors, I left this garage once again very satisfied with the offer for a new C4 hybrid and the trade-in of a 2017 C3 Aircross. Bravo to Citroën despite a press which does not report satisfied customers.

I went to the Citroën dealership in Saint-Omer because of a problem with my oil level. After weighing the oil, they discovered my engine was burning oil and replaced it. Unfortunately, ten days later, I had another breakdown in Lille with engine overheating and a loss of coolant. The car was then towed to the nearest Citroën dealership in Fâches-Thumesnil, which wanted €170 to open the hood of a brand new engine, only 10 days old and still under warranty.
The dealership in Fâches-Thumesnil refused to budge, but thankfully Citroën Saint-Omer stepped in immediately. They covered the cost of towing my car from Fâches to Saint-Omer, without charging me anything.
I've never written a Google review before, but I felt I had to for this dealership! A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and honesty. And thank you again to Rémi, Benjamin, and Amandine who supported and guided me throughout the entire process!
You can trust them completely!
