Very bad experience with this garage. I ordered a duplicate set of keys for my Xantia. The order was placed and the product was marked as in stock. I was charged €151. After waiting two months, I was told the key was no longer available and they offered no solution for my car, which was immobilized. The argument was that the vehicle was over 15 years old and too old! I have a 1982 W123, and Mercedes still has ALL the parts in stock. 😡 I asked for the contact details of the department that handles the keys, but they told me it was confidential and that I had to figure it out myself...
Luckily, the forums are active, and I was able to find a solution. It's a shame for this brand that's going under with non-existent after-sales service.

Very satisfied with the work done. The staff were friendly and gave us detailed explanations about the causes of the breakdown and the different approaches they took. I recommend them.
