I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but after reading the one posted above, I felt compelled to respond. It's unacceptable to see such an unfounded comment, especially coming from an account clearly created solely to post this negative review.
I've been taking my car to this Renault garage for several years now, and I've never been disappointed. Quite the opposite! The entire team is professional, honest, and attentive. There are no overcharges, and they never replace parts unnecessarily—in fact, they've even waived some service fees out of concern for the customer.
The manager is clear, transparent, and always ready to find suitable solutions without ever pushing for unnecessary expenses. The welcome is warm, friendly, and respectful, whether from the receptionist or the rest of the team.
In short, a trustworthy garage, and that's rare these days. I recommend this garage without hesitation!

Honesty and professionalism characterize Regnier Garage. I received a refund for a repair to a slow leak. The same tire, repaired eight months prior, leaked again. I paid the bill, but the next day, I was surprised to learn by phone that I would be reimbursed due to the warranty. Thank you to Regnier Garage for this very kind gesture; I will certainly return.
