Accident repairs. Work well done. Friendly team who go the extra mile: loaner car, quick response, etc. A truly local body shop.

I chose to trust the Maida garage for bodywork, I was quite worried since it was something delicate, and I am extremely satisfied with the excellent work that was carried out, there are absolutely no defects, the prices are reasonable, and on top of that the deadlines were respected, well done to the whole team and see you soon! I needed to remove a warning light with a suitcase, and it was 11:45 a.m. I had no other option, so I found this nearby garage. My vehicle was indicating it would break down in 60 km. I know a bit about mechanics, and everyone knows that removing a warning light doesn't even take 5 minutes. Some mechanics, out of kindness, even say, "If it works, great; if not, you don't owe me anything." Unfortunately, at this establishment, the gentleman told me, "I'll try, but I don't know if the warning light will go away. However, you have to pay 50 euros before I start." 50 euros excluding tax, according to him. He clearly wanted to take advantage of my stranded situation. I said nothing and left. He wanted to make a quick buck, without doing anything... but in the end, he earned a nice review!

Battery problem on our vehicle, I went to the garage the same day, a top welcome from both the kind young women at reception and the man who changed the battery! More than competitive prices, very accommodating and super available! We will definitely be back, I recommend 100%! Go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed. A huge thank you to the entire Maïda team! See you soon :) Marion

In good faith, I did leave my first comment on the white Volvo. So, I visited this "garage" again this June. It was for an accessory belt replacement. They told me the tensioner pulley also needed replacing. No problem. They charged me for the accessory belt, labor, and the pulley—875 euros, if I remember correctly. I paid, picked up the vehicle, and drove to Paris the next day. On the return trip, the accessory belt broke on the highway. I was left with my very young son on the side of the road for eight hours. Let's just say it was due to a design flaw in the accessory belt. The vehicle was then towed by IDF breakdown service to a garage in the 77 (Seine-et-Marne department). It stayed there for several days. The MAIDA body shop finally had a hard time admitting its mistake, even though the belt hadn't even done 500 km! He promised to reimburse the garage for the timing belt replacement. I went to a parking lot, and once there, nothing—he hadn't paid a thing! I had to contact Loic Loiseau, the owner of MAIDA, on Facebook, otherwise I would have been stuck in the 77 (Seine-et-Marne) region without being able to get my car back. Finally, I brought the car back, but since the accessory belt had broken, the battery was dead and wouldn't charge properly. Once back in Berry, I went to a mechanic who ran a diagnostic check to clear the fault codes caused by the battery problems. Again, I was obviously forced to pay. I contacted Maida again and asked for a refund of half the cost of the battery. He agreed to pay but demanded that I bring the car back to them so they could replace the battery themselves. He accused me of being a liar and trying to get them to spend their money to buy a battery for another vehicle! So, I'm a victim of their dishonesty once again. I ended up changing the battery myself, sending them video and photo evidence to clearly prove that the battery was indeed for my 508. As of today, July 26th, I still haven't received a refund from them. My wife called them mid-week, and they had the nerve to tell her on the phone that they would keep their word before Friday, that they hadn't had time, and that a bank transfer takes a maximum of 5 seconds! They questioned us and were insulting to my partner. I have never been disrespectful to them, as I remain convinced that they are not bad people, but I have shared a positive experience, and I feel compelled to share this one as well. You still owe me half the cost of the battery, even though, as you say, it wasn't new, it was in perfect working order. You have absolutely no professional conscience and only run your business with money in mind, because even a measly 80 euros is too much for you to pay, on top of the exorbitant prices you set. Will I ever get my money back, or even an apology, for your repeated disrespect and accusations of dishonesty? I have always given your body shop a good review. I've spent over €2,000 with you because the bodywork was never done properly. I imagine you'll eventually find some good excuse not to pay me; I wouldn't be surprised. Following this breakdown, we waited 45 minutes for roadside assistance and 8 hours to be transported back to Berry. My 15-month-old son, who has a serious respiratory illness, was sleeping on the sidewalk in the rain. You don't hesitate to lie publicly in your response. The tow truck driver only took me on the job at 4:42 PM, but at 4:13 PM, and arrived at 4:55 PM. We were then taken to IDF Dépannage at 5:23 PM for transport back to you at 12:30 AM. So, a good lie on your part, well done! And you talk about everything except the money you owe me? My comments? And when I gave you 5 stars, you complained too?
