I had the best expierence here. My motorcycle had a flat tire and i had some luck. All of the stuff was very friendly. The mechanics have been done with their work for today and they had a new tire + tube for my bike in their storage. They fixed it in one hour. I expected to be stucked on my trip for 1-2 days. It was some luck, but they also did their best that i could go ahead.
Even they have also a rly nice shop i could visit during my waiting time.

Thanks for the quick service, had a flat tire, second day on our holiday out of Belgium to Spain. The crew of Acte 3 maneges to repair it in one day so we only lost 2 days of our 10 days holiday on bike through Europe, thanks great Suzuki shop dealer by the way.

I have Suzuki experience with a Burgman 650cc Ex3cutive, Suzuki's top-of-the-range scooter (I've been riding since 1980)... Excellent relationship (advice, support, price) with both management and the workshop.... They absolutely do not push for unnecessary spending or replacing worn parts, quite the opposite: I have felt confident with them for a long time, and as an example (among other motorcycles) ever since they refused to change my front brake pads (dual discs)... They don't push for unnecessary spending or consumption. And we got real expert advice on gear and answers to our questions... A TRUE BIKER SPIRIT. I went there with complete confidence and I highly recommend this dealership. The team is top-notch, just like the owner... And they met all my expectations (I should point out that I'm not gullible; they even demonstrated the pointlessness of changing my brake pads by showing me new ones and my old ones... despite my repeated requests).
I recommend this dealership without any reservations... And I want to clarify that I have no shares or stake in the company; I'm simply a biker, a civil servant, not a mechanic, and all thumbs. 😎
