Following a fairly major accident involving my 2023 Goldwing 1800 DCT Touring, I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness and professionalism of the Honda Goussainville team.
I showed up on a Tuesday, unannounced, after the weekend accident. They took my bike in immediately, without hesitation. The adjuster even came the same day it was dropped off.
Ms. Jennifer Torres, who handles the administrative side of things, had already prepared the estimate in advance. The adjuster left with the paper estimate the same day, saving me any unnecessary waiting. She then provided exemplary follow-up: regular follow-ups with the adjuster, clear communication by email, and, above all, prompt processing of the parts order.
Thanks to their dedication and the meticulous work of the team of mechanics, everything was completed in just two weeks:
• Inspection by the expert
• Approval of the Honda estimate
• Acceptance of the quote
• Ordering of parts
• Assembly
• And return of the motorcycle like new!
Of course, turnaround times may vary depending on the responsiveness of your appraisal firm and the availability of parts at Honda.
A huge thank you to the entire Honda Goussainville team, and especially to the mechanics who work behind the scenes with incredible care: my motorcycle was returned to me in perfect condition, without a single scratch.
