What amazing service!! My chain was about to expire and sprokets worn and i rang them cos concerned i wouldn't get back to UK and they were busy but when I explained the situation they fitted me in the next day - new chain + sprocket and they glued a hairline Crack as a temp measure for free!! So no more little oil leak onto my brake pedal - so chuffed. This is what customer service in UK should be like.
