Excellent experience at Feu Vert Ambutrix.
I went in late morning to replace a somewhat unusual rear wiper blade, which, of course, wasn't in stock, which I completely understand. The manager immediately contacted his supplier and called me back at 4 pm to tell me the part was available and that I could come in whenever I wanted. No deposit was required, which demonstrates their respect and trust for their customers.
I had mentioned that I might need some help with the installation, and I was very pleasantly surprised to see a technician already replacing the wiper blade on my vehicle… I had barely walked in the door and well before I'd even had time to pay! A true sense of customer service, very professional and responsive.
Thanks to the whole team, I highly recommend them 👍

I arrived at the store at 11:45 AM to replace a taillight (closing time was 12:00 PM). The employee told me it was impossible, that he could only sell me the bulb. This is the first time in 20 years that I've been refused a taillight replacement.
This was my first visit to this Feu Vert store, and it will be my last.
