Outrageous Experience
I booked and confirmed an appointment by text message for the service of my recently purchased vehicle:
"Hello, LA MAISON CONNECTÉE, F-93-Stellantis-Peugeot-Aulnay, offers you a mobility solution (...) and reminds you of your appointment on January 8, 2026, at 8:30 AM."
On the day of the appointment, they refused to take my vehicle because I didn't have the final registration certificate—a condition never mentioned when I booked the appointment.
Result:
➡️ I had to rent a vehicle at my own expense just to get there
➡️ A wasted trip
➡️ A financial loss and a waste of time
No planning, no prior checks, no consideration for the customer.
Faulty organization, nonexistent customer service, a total lack of professionalism.
I strongly advise against this dealership. Avoid it.

I went in yesterday for a service and was seen by Mr. Majeri and Mr. Désire, who are very professional.
The service was top-notch.

I'll unfortunately start with what disappointed me the most.
As a leaseholder for almost four years, I contacted Sébastien Lefort by email, who was my only point of contact, regarding a coolant leak.
Despite this, I never received a single reply. Even a simple "I'm forwarding your request to the relevant department" would have been appreciated.
If you're reading this, Mr. Lefort, I sincerely wonder how a brand like Peugeot can employ such unprofessional staff. It's this kind of behavior that makes a brand lose customers.
Because of this complete lack of response, I had to go to the dealership in person on December 26th.
In fact, it's fortunate I didn't run into you that day, because I think the situation would have been very tense.
Fortunately, things turned out much better afterward.
That day, I was greeted by Antoine, who was attentive, professional, and immediately offered me an expert assessment appointment for January 14th.
I sincerely thank him.
On the day of the appointment, my vehicle was taken care of by Mehdi, whom I warmly thank for his great professionalism.
He followed the diagnostic process rigorously and transparently—I was able to witness his thoroughness on several occasions.
Finally, Ilyes handled the delivery of the loaner vehicle: very accommodating, welcoming, and efficient.
