We were on our way back from Portugal, when our car had an issue and we could not accelerate anymore. We were in a mountain area and on the way up, all of a sudden: no power anymore. I took the next exit and luckily we ended up at this garage. I speak no French, they no English or German, so we used a translation tool to write each other on our mobile phones. But how lucky have we been: they tried something to fix our car and within 3 hours we were ready to go again. They certainly had enough work on their plate, but did not wait and helped us instantly. Ann all this for a good price and no rip off either. Especially the one mechanic (sadly don’t know his name) was persistent with the problem and found a solution that made it possible for us to continue the rest of our journey back home to Germany. Thanks a lot!

Although the towing service arrived quickly and rescued us, for wich we are very greatful, the garage service was poor, they told us our car was kaput, finished. having to get our recovered from to the uk costing thousands and taking months only to find out there wasnt much wrong with it at all £50 pounds to fix it. this cost us a lot of money and time, dissapointing

Monday, December 22, 2025, will remain a particularly trying day for us. Stranded in the middle of a snowstorm near Sévérac-d’Aveyron, with impassable roads and a growing sense of helplessness, we called our roadside assistance provider, who dispatched the ALDEBERT garage in Banassac.
The wait was long (from 1 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.), but in such conditions, we knew it wasn't the fault of the tow truck driver, who was fully mobilized. And the wait was worth it. Michel arrived, a true relief. Reassuringly calm, deeply humane, and exemplarily professional, he efficiently towed our vehicle despite the extremely difficult conditions.
But beyond the roadside assistance, it's the man himself we want to commend. Seeing our distress, Michel did everything he could to ensure we weren't left to fend for ourselves, even finding us a hotel (Le Calice du Gevaudan, where we received a very warm welcome) so we could spend the night safely.
In a moment of stress, cold, and uncertainty, encountering such a caring person made all the difference. A huge thank you to Michel and the ALDEBERT garage for their dedication, kindness, and humanity.
We will never forget it.
We recommend them without hesitation.

Had our caravan towed today. We had a problem with the axle. The man from Aldebert Garage was with us very quickly, was very friendly, and careful. We were very satisfied with his service, even though this meant the end of our camping holiday.

A huge thank you to the driver who came to pick us up in Salles-Curan after our car broke down. He was a very professional, attentive, patient, and helpful driver.
