We went there with a problem that made the car almost impossible to drive (even though I need my car for my job (private nursing)).
We were casually and casually rebuffed by the secretary without even trying to find a way to help us.

This garage (which has been servicing and repairing my car for years) refused to take it in for repair this Monday even though it was towed by the insurance company after a breakdown. A very cold welcome from the person on the phone and a huge disappointment given the lack of professionalism of this person even though this establishment has a rather good reputation... everything is lost...
