Unprofessionalism!
I called the dealership on a Thursday to view and buy a used vehicle. They told me I had to come see it before buying, even though I had the funds since I wanted to buy it outright as soon as possible.
I made a reservation for Tuesday (five days later), so I took a day off work, booked a ride-share, and sold one of my vehicles on Sunday, thinking I'd close the deal on Tuesday!
Well, no, they called me back saying they'd sold the vehicle... on Friday! To a customer who came to buy it outright, just like I would have liked to... So why didn't they offer it to me? Why bother reserving the vehicle if they're just going to sell it right under our noses? It's clearly unprofessional and disorganized. Furthermore, I'm asked to call them back, but only to hear apologies... You could have offered me a solution, such as suggesting another similar vehicle or one with a similar price range... But no, not even that.
It's regrettable because the price was reasonable and there are many positive reviews about your garage. Don't make sales promises if you can't keep them.
And as I write this comment, the ad on Le Bon Coin (LBC) is still available, so it's clearly a logistical failure.
