Hello, I bought a brand new 2021 Renault Master 2.3 DCI 135 hp with 0 km on the clock. There's always been a fault with the emissions control system after 6 months of use and 4,000 km. After 4 years and 188,000 km, the problem persists. Renault hasn't found a solution yet. They've already replaced 4 injectors, the turbo valve, and cleared the error codes, as well as the EGR valve and clutch deflector, but the problem remains.
The issue is that the customer always has to pay for the replacement of these parts, even when the van is under warranty. Don't buy a 2021 Renault Master van; be very careful, it's always a problem.
