It's truly regrettable that Google requires a minimum of one star, as I would have given less if it had been possible. I simply walked into this Peugeot dealership and left immediately. Arriving at 8:45 a.m. on Friday, December 12th, I said "hello" as is customary. There was no response from the person at reception. I then pointed out that I had just greeted her, and the only reaction I received was: "Yes, I heard."
Faced with such an attitude, I preferred to turn around and leave. When you put someone in a reception role, the least you can do is teach them politeness and respect for customers, regardless of their experience or age. It's truly regrettable and unworthy of a dealership that's supposed to represent a brand like Peugeot.

I accept your apology and the explanation you provided. Please know that I am very sorry for her; However, being greeted like that first thing in the morning with a simple "yes, I heard" is unacceptable, especially coming from someone who could be my daughter's age.
I don't wish her any harm, quite the opposite. My only wish is that she finds the strength and the will to welcome customers properly, particularly when they approach the relationship with respect. I deeply regret having experienced this difference in treatment, and it genuinely affected me.
That's all I wanted to say.

I highly recommend them!! I went there for advice about my vehicle and they answered my questions perfectly! Thank you to the staff at reception and the owner is absolutely fantastic!

I have no words to express the incompetence of the technicians, both in terms of the work performed and the incredibly arrogant reception! And I won't even mention the prices they charge.... Absolutely avoid this place. Other dealerships nearby in the area are much cheaper and, above all, professional and exemplary in their work.
It's on par with Feu Vert or Leclerc Auto. They're barely good enough for an oil change, and even then, I'm not sure... To be honest, just go anywhere else but definitely not here.
I would give it 5 stars if I could!
Be wary if you unfortunately have to go there because the result is exactly what you pay for, which is to say, shameful!

This mechanic is very responsive and attentive to his customers, always looking for the best solution. The staff and reception are very pleasant; I highly recommend him.
