Je suis venu au garage pour une crevaison, je trouve inadmissible de payer un forfait crevaison à 45€ sachant que sur le détail de la facture, il est compté 40 minutes de main-d’œuvre, ainsi qu’une valve mais en réalité, il n’y a pas eu de changement de valve, et le mécanicien a passé 15 minutes à réparer la crevaison.

We were stuck with a flat tire. We had no solution for at least several days. This garage took us in the same day and carried out the repairs very quickly. We are extremely grateful. You can go there without hesitation. The staff is very friendly and attentive to their customers.

Garage recommended by the insurance company, vehicle from the same automotive group.
Appraisal in September, appointment for November, postponed until January.
Trunk replaced without the window tattoo as originally intended or any vehicle/model information. At the end of March, still no news to finalize the work.
Staff was pleasant and professional, but these delays and necessary reminders are unacceptable.

I can only recommend them. A warm welcome and a super friendly team. They listen to the customer and are understanding. Even if you know nothing about mechanics, they take the time to explain things to you. I haven't had any problems since then, and I'm more than satisfied.
And being a young person, I don't have that feeling of superiority that some garages can give.
