While on vacation more than 800 km from home, we had the misfortune of getting a flat tire just 5 minutes before closing time. The Duchamp et Fils garage agreed to help us out immediately, with remarkable kindness and professionalism. Thanks to their responsiveness, we were able to get back on the road with peace of mind. I have never shared my opinion on Google before, but I would like to express my gratitude to M. Duchamp et Fils for their valuable and responsive assistance! They managed to repair the car of a family member on vacation here in just one day, when no other garage was able to do this. They spent the time necessary to resolve the problem urgently. Exceptional and prompt service. I had a problem with my car on Monday, and by Wednesday it was running perfectly. It's a great thing that, even though we were on vacation and had very little time to get the car ready, they made the effort to fix the problem so we could continue our vacation, right in the middle of the holiday season!
I definitely hope I don't have to come back because that would mean something was wrong with my car, but if I did have a problem, I'd be happy to come back.

Le seul garage ayant accepté de faire un diagnostic sur ma voiture suite à une panne moteur sur l'autoroute pour les vacances. Les autres garages aux alentours m'annoncaient 2-3 semaines d'attente et refusaient de me recevoir, ils me laissaient me débrouiller pour le trajet de 500km du retour avec un bébé de 3 mois. Garage à taille humaine, équipe gentille. Diagnostic et réparation fait à la suite, en moins de 2h. Pas d'arnaque dans ce garage, que du professionnalisme. Au top, merci infiniment grâce à vous le retour s'est fait tranquillement et sans panne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
