More than a little disappointing... Getting an appointment isn't always easy, and they don't always call you back even if they promise to, which is always a treat.
First, they diagnosed a hazard warning light issue that they couldn't fix: I had to make an appointment at the dealership to have it reset. It's a Renault garage, and I take my brand new Dacia there.
Then, since I didn't end up having the reset done at the dealership, I went back for another service. It was a different diagnosis for the same warning light; this time it was the antenna, and they could fix it. Except my vehicle is no longer under warranty, and the repair won't be covered, of course... Great!
And by the way, I find out I have to go elsewhere if I want the LPG system serviced on my vehicle; they don't do it. I'm thrilled to have to find another garage. All this time, knowing I had a vehicle running on LPG, they didn't bother to tell me they couldn't service it? What a waste of time.
I've had to go there three times in total.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🚨 I came in for a radiator repair as soon as I received the vehicle 🚗 My parking lights aren't working. An elderly person spoke down to me and said it was the indicator stalk (except the rear lights work). I went to a small garage where they showed me that the wiring harness under the bumper had been damaged. THANKS LABAN RENAULT GARAGE FOR YOUR DISHONESTRY

Very good garage, attentive to the customer. I came this morning for an emergency (mat under the car) and I was seen right away!!

My car has been serviced there for many years, and I'm very satisfied.
They're friendly and call within the day to discuss any issues and obtain the customer's approval before repairs can be undertaken.

I went to the garage without an appointment for a starting problem. It was my first visit to this garage.
The vehicle was attended to immediately and the timeframe indicated was respected.
Courteous staff. I was pleasantly surprised to find the invoice amount was much lower than the quote provided.
