Disappointing Experience at Renault GT Passion Auto
I dropped off my vehicle there requesting a full diagnostic, but instead, I was only given a quote, assuring me that the problem stemmed from what was listed. When I requested a written diagnosis by email, they never sent it. Instead, I received an email stating a repair "subject to…," whereas at the dealership, they had assured me that the problem would be completely resolved. Since my request for a written document, I have received no further response from them.
Furthermore, before my appointment, I called to ask if they performed ECU remapping. I was told no. However, upon picking up my car, they confirmed that ECU remapping had indeed been carried out!
A complete lack of transparency and poor communication. Very disappointed by this experience, I do not recommend them.
