For several years, we haven't regretted our vehicle purchases (5 vehicles) from them, nor the follow-up!
To this day, there's no question of going anywhere else, on the contrary!
I recommend them without hesitation!

Avoid at all costs!
Used KIA PROCEED GT purchased for €22,000 in March 2025. Barely a week later, defects related to the automatic transmission were discovered. Reported to Ford, who cleared the matter and sent me back to the KIA dealership because the vehicle was under manufacturer's warranty. Despite an intervention by KIA, the problems persisted. Despite Ford's multiple refusals to collect the vehicle for repair, I returned it to them. They agreed with KIA Pamiers to transfer the vehicle to them at the beginning of the week of July 14th for repair on August 5th. They refused to lend me a vehicle while the work was being carried out, despite my physical disability. I learned today when I called KIA that the appointment had not been confirmed by Ford, and the vehicle had not been transferred to them either. After-sales service and customer relations were 0. I have never been contacted by this seller following my troubles with his vehicle. I have to chase him down every time. This is shameful!
