I wanted to congratulate you on repairing our tire, which was rapidly deflating. We pulled over and asked if you could do it, and you took care of it immediately. In 15 minutes, the tire was repaired and the pressure in all four tires had been checked. Congratulations on your excellent work.

I got a flat tire just before leaving for vacation with my children, and they refused to help us. They just reinflated the tire and told me to get lost, offering no solution. Not a pleasant experience either.
