I received a very warm welcome throughout the entire process of selling the chosen vehicle. First by email, then by phone, and finally in person. The vehicle collection was simple and well-organized. The car was perfectly cleaned, almost new even though it has 66,000 km on the odometer. Explanations were given to me and the documentation was up to date. In short, a good experience with a pleasant and competent team.

Avoid at all costs!! My car went to this so-called garage (fuel pump problem). The receptionist was incredibly unpleasant! After four days of repairs, I got my car back dirty and with quite a bit less fuel, and I found out the mechanic had taken it home that evening, apparently to test drive it, but at my expense, of course! Two months later, it broke down again. I took it to a different garage (not twice for the same mistake), and the diagnosis was: fuel pump!!! Apparently, they had installed the fuel pump incorrectly!!! So I contacted the owner (Renault Saint Ouen) to demand an explanation, and he literally told me to get lost, saying his garage wasn't responsible, and even dared to call me a liar! Pathetic!!
