Serge is super friendly and, above all, extremely competent. It's great to see that we can still rely on professionals in the automotive field without getting ripped off or scammed, as is unfortunately the case in quite a few dealerships...

A very, very, very poor reception during a telephone inquiry regarding the warranty coverage for my ABS unit, which had already been repaired 7 months earlier by the previous owner of my vehicle.
This gentleman treats people with contempt, showing total disrespect, repeatedly claiming I don't know how to read a receipt in a very bad tone. He repeatedly threatened to greet me, and I quote, "with sticks."
I also called this morning (Friday, April 2, 2021) to find out if it was open so I could finally drop off my ABS unit, again with the same welcome and the same threats, telling me yes, it was open this afternoon. In the end, once I arrived at 5 p.m. (scheduled to close at 6 p.m.), it was closed, all this after almost 50 km traveled for nothing!! And apparently I wasn't the only customer surprised that it had been closed so early, having been closed for at least 4 p.m. according to one report. We all left empty-handed.
I don't recommend this garage to anyone! Move on if you don't want to be treated like this and waste your time! I won't have my engine repaired there, and too bad for my warranty! I'll get one elsewhere, and I can trust it!
PS: A report has been made to head office to highlight this intolerable behavior. My request was taken very seriously, and it will not go unanswered.
