We took our BMW in this year for a major service and brake pads. They changed the fuel filter, which unfortunately wasn't the right size, and they forced it, causing the filter to rupture and the fuel tank to drain. We almost had an accident because of it, and the repair cost us a fortune.
The garage's response was, "We're giving you 20% off the tires, a big joke."
I don't think that's fair, and therefore I absolutely do not recommend this garage, which we've been going to for years.

I thank the whole team for their honesty. I brought my car back to have the timing belt done and it turned out that it had already been done just before I bought it. In addition, I had a small problem when I left and they took care of it directly at no cost. I will come back and I recommend it 100%! It is worth traveling 40km to find an honest garage, at a reasonable price compared to other garages in the area and the staff are very friendly.
