Bad experience with Troskot Garage: I called at the beginning of October to make an appointment. Citroën's after-sales service asked me to have a diagnostic check done at one of their group garages for my vehicle due to significant oil consumption. Over the phone, they gave me an appointment for October 30th at 1:30 PM. So I took the afternoon off to go to the garage. First off, the garage didn't open until 1:45 PM. Fine. I waited. Then, right from the start, they said, "It's complicated because your vehicle isn't serviced with us." After insisting, they agreed to take a look. I waited another 20 minutes, then they came back to tell me that "it is indeed the oil" (thanks a lot!) and that a diagnostic check was necessary (yes!), "but at a dealership and with the service records because we can't do anything here! We've already had two vehicles sent by Citroën's service department that haven't been paid for." It would have been helpful if they had told me that right away over the phone! This is very unprofessional, and this lack of communication within the team wastes customers' time—and damages the garage's credibility.

A very warm welcome. Always with a smile and good humor. Efficient handling of my problem, a loaner car during the repair. I personally had a very good experience at this garage.

I had chosen this garage as the place to have my C4 serviced. But having to replace the battery after only two and a half years, even though it had been replaced by them, surprised me. (But let's assume it was a problem due to time and heat...). Even more surprising: a problem reported three years ago still hasn't been resolved, despite several interventions (replacement of the shock absorbers and shock absorbers, then reinstallation of a missing spring, which was supposed to resolve the issue). With the invoice in hand, they claimed that everything was fixed... However, the noise persists, the spring is still missing (noted by another Citroën garage), and I was even led to believe that it was coming from the wheel hub... Which is completely false. All of this leads me to strongly question the quality of their work.
