My car was taken to this garage for roadside assistance after a breakdown.
They simply refused to diagnose my vehicle and, what's more, had the nerve to try and charge me for storage fees while refusing to even look at the car.
If you have the choice, take your vehicle to Garage Kern, which is also a Renault garage and whose staff is very professional (clear explanations, quick diagnosis despite a large number of vehicles to manage, and no work done before you present and sign a quote).

Competent
My car broke down.
Towing to Renault Hautepierre, who, of course, found nothing.
Second breakdown of the same nature.
I insisted that the car be taken to the Renault BONAUTO garage.
Never broken down again...
