The team at Patrick Launay Brive are life savers. With no appointment and having to be jump started when travelling home from vacation this was my nearest Mercedes dealer. With the car left running on the forecourt I entered the dealership expecting to be told I needed an appointment but no, I drove the car into the workshop and the team immediately got to work.
An hour and a half later with a new battery installed, a thorough check to ensure all was working as it should and a wash I was handed the keys and able to continue my journey home without the fear of not making it.
The best part was that every staff member I met had a smile on there face, this dealer is a credit to the Mercedes Benz list of dealerships.
From the bottom of my wife and myself es hearts we sincerely thank them.

Thanks to the exemplary customer service of Maëlys Gimenez we would highly recommend using any hire service from this company. A recent family trip to Sarlat from the UK where we were joined by another family so needed a large minibus to fit us all in was a major issue until I made contact with Maelys who went out of her way to provide us with the perfect hire option. We hired a fantastic minibus style MB which was perfect for the job and Maelys went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport and dropping us back from the dealership. Excellent communication throughout and when we landed and met in person she was so friendly and warm and really made everything as easy as possible including bringing along another colleague (who was also lovely) who she felt spoke better English - when you're travelling in another country with a 3 year old service like this really does make all the difference. Brilliant job Maelys and Mercedez-Benz Brive - we will be back! :-)

Patrick Launay Brive - Mercedes Benz, the best or nothing. There is no in-between. For some years now we have purchased and used the services at Brive and are well cared for by the team. Service Value is only a reality when the customer has an interaction and experienced the outcome. The product is superb, the services well delivered, yet the true and ultimate value is in the interaction we have with the way the team manages our need and treats us. We are very happy we receive the best service value.
