I changed vehicles and garages (having doubts about the previous one). Now I have a Peugeot. So, I chose to have it serviced at the dealership network. During its service, I was charged for certain consumables. Last week, I had a problem with my car: the oil pan cracked (after hitting a cinder block that fell from someone's trailer). The insurance company's garage, which recovered my car, asked me some questions (which surprised me; including an oil change by suction). During the service, I was charged for a drain plug and gasket. However, the one found on the oil pan is original to the vehicle (since it's covered in paint). So, it's impossible that it was changed during the service. I'm wondering about the filters that I asked them to check and change if necessary, and which I was charged for. The owner charges according to the estimate, not the service record. This surprised me. Not a single garage in Courville is any better than another.

Zero points, zero stars. A small team that I thought was serious, competent, and very committed to customer satisfaction. This is not the case => profit only, no professionalism (apart from the excessive billing). Which, during the warranty and maintenance contract period, gave the impression of paying close attention to the contract's recommendations (except for topping up the windshield washer fluid; normally, the quantity was on demand. However, it was limited to a few liters between two services), and to the manufacturer's recommendations (example: annual wiper blade change, in reality a set every 2 years); both in terms of maintenance and in monitoring manufacturer recalls. Except that by changing garages, I go from disappointment to disappointment. I discovered the true manufacturer's recommendations and the true billing during the maintenance contract. My vehicle never had certain parts debited from my maintenance contract. Example: a drain plug that should theoretically be changed at every oil change, 12 years later, it's still the original one (see photo; the original paint is still there). Another point: the oil filter housing was damaged by the use of improper tools; it wasn't replaced at their expense. Filters weren't replaced, but they were billed. The question arises regarding the replacement of the engine oil and oil filter at each service, and the brake fluid at each due date. Brake pads and discs that were theoretically replaced during the maintenance contract, but this isn't the case (the ones in place are original to the vehicle, the part markings attest to the date). For 3 years, I was told they needed to be replaced in 4,000 to 5,000 km. They have 10,000 km left, and can still do 3,000 to 4,000 km. For 2 years, they told me the same thing about the tires; They have 6,000 km more, and can still do 3 to 4,000 km without taking any safety risks. After the maintenance contract, I was required to have an annual service; even though a biannual service (or 30,000 km) was more than sufficient and within the manufacturer's recommendations. In Courville, we're in a very bad situation when it comes to mechanics. Not one better than the others. And then they complain about people's distrust, or about online reviews; stop overcharging and do your work properly; you'll see, trust will be restored.

It's not even worth one star. We left our vehicle with complete confidence, but unfortunately, serious verbal and especially mechanical errors were made. Today our vehicle no longer runs and is stuck in another garage. I do not recommend it at all.

I was taken in as an emergency before taking the motorway for a long journey... a problem with the tire pressure monitoring system was fixed by Seb (the owner?). He took his time and didn't charge me anything. Well done, sir, and thank you for your professionalism.
