I had a very positive experience buying my Jaguar. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Alexis Chotard for his support throughout the entire sales process. We communicated frequently, and he kept me regularly updated on the progress and preparation of the vehicle.
Regarding a few after-sales service issues, Alexis was very responsive and didn't hesitate to call me back to ensure everything was alright. From our very first appointment, the interaction was excellent: he took the necessary time, without any pressure, and answered all my questions.
I highly recommend this garage for its professionalism and reliability.

Having picked up my new vehicle on Saturday, November 17th, I would like to especially commend Alexis Chotard from Garage Morin for his professionalism and thoroughness throughout the process. Despite the remote sale, everything was made easy, allowing me to purchase the vehicle even though I travel from Orléans. Mr. Chotard's responsiveness and diligence were evident in his handling of the mechanical work, cosmetic touch-ups, vehicle inspection, and preparation of all the necessary paperwork for the sale. He was always quick to respond to my inquiries by email and phone.

Extremely disappointed with this garage.
I bought a Peugeot 308 Phase 2 automatic about two years ago, and less than a year after purchase, serious mechanical problems appeared (cylinder head gasket, repair estimated at over €3,000, engine to be disassembled).
Despite numerous attempts to call and follow up, I received no concrete response: they promise to call back, but no one ever does. I even had the vehicle towed at my expense (€150) for them to check it. They kept it for several days, drove it, then returned it to me without any written report or repairs, simply stating that everything was fine, even though I had expressly requested a report.
Since then, several garages have confirmed the problem, and the selling garage has completely disengaged from the situation, without providing any assistance or taking any responsibility. Today, the car is undrivable.
For a vehicle purchased at this price, this is unacceptable.
No consideration, no follow-up, no professionalism.
I strongly advise against this garage to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle with complete confidence.
