Hello,
I wanted to thank this garage and especially the owner, as I was with my children. We were leaving for vacation on a Friday afternoon. My oil light came on, and I happened to stop at this garage. The owner kindly lent us a car so we could spend our vacation, without even asking. And once we returned home, the honesty of this business is very rare among mechanics because it was just my oil pan drain plug that had come loose. They tightened it, changed the oil, and I was able to drive home, paying only for a minor oil change. So I wanted to let all mechanics know that honesty is essential in this industry, and thank you to Garage Tessonnière for being honest.

I paid 2300 euros for a clutch for my Citroën c4 picasso they ripped me off on the price which was huge because apparently it was 1700 euros then since I had no choice because it was the only garage in the village I took the road and the clutch was badly reassembled so I broke down for exactly the same problem they didn't want to know anything and refused to fix their mistakes, they are real scammers who don't even know how to do their work properly. dishonest shame for the image of Citroën they are subcontractors so I understand better why they are so useless and rude good luck to the next ones who will be scammed!!!

Do not go to this garage under any circumstances; it has recently been taken over. They completely took advantage of my parents, replacing €500 worth of parts on a car that didn't need it and had been serviced by them just six months earlier, without informing me of the repairs. Furthermore, they refused to lend my 70-year-old mother a courtesy car in the middle of winter. She had to walk 2 km. They wanted to trust the Citroën network because it was a Citroën, but now it's serviced by a competitor with competent and friendly staff.
