Disappointed by this garage, which claims to be one of the best in terms of diagnostics but refuses to clarify, refine, or finalize the incorrect diagnosis made by another garage. If you're so sure of the other garage's incompetence, why refuse to diagnose my vehicle and repair it at my expense?! Especially since you're capable of finding the problem? It's quite perplexing... It seems understandable to be angry about this garage's response. They contacted me several times to have the ethanol conversion kit installed there and then found every possible excuse not to help when a problem arose.
I do not recommend them.

My VW Polo was dropped off for repairs by my insurance company/tow truck (with prior agreement from the garage). The garage diagnosed a dead gearbox. However, the mechanic offered to "get rid of it." Skeptical, I had the car towed home (at my own expense) and had another diagnosis done. A five-minute inspection revealed a broken right driveshaft. The driveshaft was recently replaced, and the car is running perfectly now.

I took my daughter's car in at the beginning of September for an oil leak repair, maintenance, and a service. The owner is very responsive and contacts you to get your approval for the repairs. It's a small, rural garage, but they're very busy and take their work very seriously. All the staff are very friendly and attentive.
I recommend this garage.
