I wanted to have him install a catalytic converter (which he couldn't have on order) I found it at a wholesaler. But instead of calling me to let me know it wasn't the right one, he couldn't think of anything better than to install the wrong model. As a result, I found myself with a 300 euro catalytic converter on my hands. Of course, he made it clear that there was no point in coming back.

I had a 400€ ABS/ESP unit replaced, supposedly no longer working because of the warning light. When all I needed was a good cleaning, and they wanted me to have new brake pads replaced, supposedly worn out. Never again.
