All of the people who helped me with my purchase were extra helpful and ensured that the sale and transfer of ownership was smooth and fast.
All my questions regarding the car were answered quickly by email, phone and in person. When I looked at the car Patricia was patient and did not rush me. As my French is not up to the level of buying a car I was very grateful for the Elodie and Jeremy's translation skills. Also thank you to Audrey for her efficiency and completing the legal paperwork super fast. I am also grateful to the mechanic/technician who took his time when demonstrating the functions of the onboard computer.
As you can probably tell I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend Renault Diam at Montlućon.

They know how to sell, but don't worry, they'll tell you they're not responsible for anything.
Two incidents with a brand new vehicle and a magnificent evasion by the manager who feels no responsibility whatsoever, forgetting his obligations as a salesperson.
Avoid at all costs...
In response to your supposedly factual remarks:
- You didn't offer any better deals than other dealerships; it was the quality of your salespeople that convinced us.
- I didn't receive a replacement vehicle from the Dacia network because no solution was offered, as the breakdowns occurred on a Saturday evening and a Sunday. Worse, on Sunday evening, we were left stranded by the tow truck driver, having to find a solution ourselves in the rain.
- You didn't contact us after the first incident, even though my wife called you. Regarding the second point, it's because she changed the star ratings on your valuable comments that you called us, saying, and I quote, "I don't have time to contact every customer who has a breakdown."
You tell us you're ready to discuss things politely, but you haven't offered any solutions, haven't come for the inspection, and haven't responded to our second formal notice. Your fine, polite, and businesslike words are simply a way to create an illusion and avoid fulfilling your role as a seller: providing a vehicle that isn't dangerous for your customers.

I found myself in a hurry to find a replacement vehicle. The advisor and the entire Renault team were attentive, kind, and very professional. I was able to get a vehicle in a short amount of time that met all my expectations. I am more than delighted and satisfied today. The team remains available and responsive should you need anything. I highly recommend them.
