Very disappointed. My car battery was draining, as indicated by the warning lights. I left my car at Feu Vert (a car service center) to have them diagnose the problem, whether it was the battery or the alternator. I wanted them to fix it, but they charged me €467 for a battery and battery terminals. They told me the warning light was still on and they didn't understand why. I drove less than 10 km and the same problems returned. They implied that a battery replacement was necessary, then suggested the problem could be a short circuit. However, I went to another garage, and they immediately diagnosed a problem with the alternator. Incompetence? Misdiagnosis? I don't know, but it would have been more humble to simply accept the charge rather than charge me €467 for work that wasn't necessarily required. Furthermore, I left a vehicle, admittedly not very clean, but I believe that when it is soiled with grease, the least one can do is at least clean that grease.

Avoid at all costs!
Well, unfortunately, I agree with all the previous reviews.
I went to Feu Vert to have my car battery replaced, which they said would cost €140 after testing it and confirming it was indeed worn out. After a 50-minute wait, they called me back to the counter to tell me that it wasn't the battery that was dead, as the previous test had indicated, but the alternator, which was no longer charging the battery. This more than quadrupled the repair cost, bringing it to €640 (I still have the quote). Of course, there were no warning lights on my car, so I found this suspicious. I decided to have my old battery reinstalled and went to another garage. They tested my alternator right in front of me, and, to my surprise, the readings were completely different: 12.7V at Feu Vert, 14.5V at the second garage I went to. A miracle of nature: my alternator started working properly again overnight.
While human error can't be ruled out, which is understandable, I find this way of doing things unacceptable.
I wanted to trust them to simply change a battery because I didn't have the time or tools to do it myself, but they managed to complicate a simple task, which I find more than regrettable, wasting everyone's time.
Nevertheless, a special mention goes to the person who took the time to work on my car; he was very pleasant.
