Excellent customer service on electric bike. Very happy customer. All was explained. Can highly recommend this business. Let’s hope the aftercare is as good.

Great price, fixed rendezvous, work done on time. But shop service not as good. Queues for staff too long. Then I Was told to bring the heavy tyre into the shop whilst the assistant watched me!

I came in For a full alignment because I heard some noise from the back of the car. When I left the noise was still there and no one told me if they had seen anything or encountered a problem.
