We broke down on the highway 500 km from home, and the breakdown service took our car to Rue au Garage Podevin. We picked it up on October 1st. We received a very warm welcome, and the mechanic showed us the defective parts and explained the problem very well. I highly recommend this garage.

While passing through your area, we broke down with our Peugeot Partner.
After a (successful) telephone diagnosis by the secretary, the professional's intervention was also excellent.
Deadlines and (verbal) quotes were respected.
Warning of future problems.
Perfect service, I highly recommend it.
If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to garage.

Leaving our All Saints' Day holiday destination, my vehicle got a flat tire and, unable to repair it ourselves, this was the only garage that could get us back on the road immediately and get us home after a 2.5-hour drive. I highly recommend them!

The worst garage I've ever experienced!!!
A complete disaster technically, and I've never been treated with such condescension.
We had an emergency and were stranded in Berck with five people, including three children. They completely refused to communicate with us. Through their gestures and facial expressions, they repeatedly signaled that we weren't welcome, even though the ADAC (German Automobile Club) had selected this garage as their authorized service center. Our personal inquiries were repeatedly ignored, and they didn't even attempt to answer our questions.
To top it all off, they laughed at us when we explained our predicament. We were facing the problem of not being able to get home without a car.
After we had arranged our own transport, the final straw was that the car had a dead battery. For whatever reason. This was certainly not our fault and had no connection to the breakdown. However, it was the deciding factor for us to get the car towed away.
No real work was done on the car in three days, nor was any attempt made to make it drivable again. That's difficult, though, when the "mechanic" can't even find the battery.
Even while we were loading it onto the trailer we provided, the staff just watched as the three of us, with our last ounce of effort, pushed the car onto the trailer. Help was nowhere to be found, even when we asked for it.
It's a shame you can't give negative stars. This garage deserved them all!
