Fantastic service!! I just popped in thinking my tire was shot, and the people I spoke to took the time to look at it right away, even though I didn't have an appointment, checked the pressure, and reassured me about the tire's condition! In short, honest, helpful, and welcoming. It was a pleasure.

On vacation in the area, our battery died. They tried to charge us €290 for a battery and refused to give us the radio's PIN code. What a terrible attitude!
I confirm that we asked you for the PIN code and that someone told us you didn't give them out. Indeed, you shouldn't rewrite history. The car had already been jump-started by a tow truck. And to conclude your response, sir, we went to a garage that charged us €150 for the same service... so I repeat, what a terrible attitude!

Battery died this week during our vacation. The boss tested it for us, and the result: it needed replacing...
He didn't try to force my hand by selling me a genuine one, but he told me the price, knowing it was very high.
All credit to him.
So I went back to a more approachable seller.
When I wanted to pay for his diagnosis, he refused!

I was on vacation and my car broke down (on August 15th). I had arrived the day before and was staying for 15 days, but the repair wasn't scheduled until two days later.
I encountered a very pleasant and helpful person at reception, and the owner was extremely accommodating and professional, even lending us his vehicle so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. Although Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port is lovely, a week of sightseeing can get a bit tiring.
Thank you again, and well done! It just goes to show that there are still some car mechanics out there.
