The Renault Joussely garage in Thiviers is a top choice for van and minibus rentals.
I rented a Master tipper truck there, and the experience was flawless. The manager was highly professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind.
The vehicle inspection and key return were seamless, with a very convenient adjacent parking area.
The vehicles are recent models, clean, and well-maintained.
Covered vans, Master tipper trucks, 9-seater minibuses: they have a comprehensive selection!
The location is also a major plus, less than a 10-minute walk from downtown Thiviers.
I highly recommend them and will definitely return.
It's worth noting that if there were more demand, adding a second flatbed truck or an additional van would be a real bonus 😉 Thank you to the whole team!

The service and parts ordering process were impeccable.
Delivery was on time, and the price quoted at the time of my order was before tax.
So the price was different when I paid including tax.
Please be sure to mention this to your future customers when ordering parts.
Otherwise, everything was fine.

I was looking for a used vehicle with very few kilometers and I came across a salesman attached to this establishment, very haughty, not taking me seriously, who only wanted to sell new. Fortunately for me, I did not do business with him. I do not recommend this way of marketing, unprofessional. I would have liked to have had a competent person from the establishment itself who would have taken into account what I was looking for. Too bad for this garage!!! I found another garage with a different approach
