Unfortunately, I had several very complicated problems with my vehicle, unrelated to them, yet they always demonstrated adaptability and responsiveness. Their work was meticulous and efficient. I highly recommend this garage. You can trust them. Thank you for absolutely everything; what a relief to have a running, accessible vehicle back, which is essential to me! Thank you to Eric for your patience and attentive follow-up.

During our vacation, we unfortunately had to take our Citroën to the workshop with a technical problem. Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome and immediate professional service. Even though the necessary spare parts were unavailable at short notice, the team did everything they could to ensure our continued journey safely – quickly, easily, and with great dedication. We were particularly impressed by their helpfulness: We not only received a temporary solution, but also valuable tips and advice for our local auto repair shop so that the final repair could be carried out there without any problems. Truly exceptional service that went far beyond the usual. Many thanks to the entire team for their prompt, competent, and friendly support. Highly recommended!

Never buy a vehicle from this dealership! RUN AWAY! Here is my sad story following the purchase of a used vehicle from this dealership in April 2024. I fell in love with a used model I saw online, went to the dealership, and took it for a test drive. The vehicle was delivered relatively quickly… That's when the ordeal began! In June 2024, two months after the purchase, my vehicle was towed by my insurance company to the Citroën dealership. As a student in Amiens, I asked for a loaner car, and they offered me a Citroën C-Zero with a range of only 100 km, impossible for getting around Amiens. The vehicle was repaired the same day… and that was that! I quickly came back down to earth the next morning: the engine warning light was on again, and the car stalled. My insurance company had my vehicle towed back to the Citroën dealership. I was then told it was the valves; the parts needed to be ordered very quickly. They lent me the Citroën C-Zero again. In July 2024, still no word from the garage, so I sent them a formal notice. I finally got my car back two days after they received the letter. Unfortunately, the problems continued. In September 2024, the engine warning light came on and the car stopped working again. Now it was the injectors. They replaced them, again with a very short turnaround (what a joke!). They then lent me the Citroën C-Zero, which was great for getting to Amiens. In November 2024, another problem: my car went back to the garage. This time it was the catalytic converter, and they scheduled an appointment for its replacement. On top of that, there was a problem with the fuel tank. They also scheduled an appointment for its replacement, telling me I could still drive it. Two days later, a major fuel leak occurred, which is a significant problem as I frequently travel between Abbeville and Amiens. Therefore, I requested an inspection of my vehicle before having any repairs done. The workshop manager told me it was unacceptable that I hadn't had to pay anything (the repairs were covered by the warranty). However, when you buy a vehicle, you're not supposed to have repairs every month. Also, be warned: this same workshop manager likes to sign work orders in place of the customer. And when you tell him you never signed anything, he apologizes and says he must be a mechanic (what a joke!). Perhaps my mistake was not reading the reviews before going to this garage, which certainly lives up to its reputation for selling problematic vehicles. So, in conclusion, I can only advise you on one thing: never set foot in Citroën Spoticar Abbeville. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PS: Citroën, there's no need to contact me regarding this comment; I no longer have my vehicle. I bought my new car from another dealership; I wouldn't have made the same mistake of going back to you.

You buy a car there, you sign the order form, and then they call to tell you that, all things considered, you won't be getting the car. All because, supposedly, two oil changes weren't done and the bodywork was filthy. So, how do you determine the price of your cars? Missed oil changes on a lease? According to the salesman, they think we're idiots. What's more, they promise to call you back to find you a vehicle as quickly as possible—15 days later. Still nothing. Long live Citroën!
