Having been a customer for many years, I have noticed the exponential increase in your prices. I am now playing the competition with other auto establishments. Results: you have become much more expensive than other suppliers! And on top of that, supposedly with a completely obsolete 5% discount card. For 3 unfortunate filters. 35eu difference on the final price. Same for a bearing. Much more expensive than the others! It smells like the end for me. Your prices are becoming absurd.

Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted the company to purchase a car battery, indicating all the battery and vehicle designations. I was told that they did not have the same reference as I was looking for, but an equivalent. I went to the store and when finalizing the purchase, I noticed a difference in battery height compared to the original. The saleswoman did a search on her database and found that it was indeed not the right model and told me that she would see if there was an identical model in terms of intensity and capacity, but unfortunately there was no more stock and there was a model from a different brand at a higher price. This model, which was offered to me, no longer corresponded to my budget. When you misinform the customer, the least you can do is do what is necessary (commercial gesture) to take responsibility for your mistake and not waste time and money on an unnecessary trip.
