Go there with confidence; the welcome is pleasant, and the lady takes the time to explain everything. The team of technicians is competent. We know where we're going. We're listened to, and frankly, I wouldn't go anywhere else for maintenance on my Kadjar.
I highly recommend them.

Incompetent, truly. I dropped off my Renault Twingo to have a cylinder head cover gasket and spark plug well replaced. During reassembly, an ignition power wire was severed between the cylinder head and the cover, so from November 6th to 17th, the car was out of commission and I had to fix it myself. The workshop manager is a real character; he's completely unavailable and dishonest, and the same goes for the garage in Beaurain (JL Automobile).

The height of incompetence at this garage! Avoid at all costs!
A 3-month wait for a repair when it was done in 5 minutes at another Renault dealership. The receptionist, unable to copy 7 digits correctly (even though she had the registration document right in front of her!), told me my vehicle wasn't in the database... (and then told her colleague he'd filled out the form incorrectly!)

I got a quote for a service and had a nasty surprise when I received the vehicle: I was charged €70 for a windshield wiper replacement, which I absolutely did not approve of. I would have appreciated someone calling me beforehand to ask my opinion and warn me that the bill would be higher; it's the least I could do.
