Good communication over the phone to explain my problem and schedule an appointment. My car finally arrived at their garage. Time passed and there was no news, no diagnosis, no estimate. After 15 days, I went to the garage to get an update and see my vehicle, to understand the problem. The owner, quite annoyed by my persistence and curiosity, gave me a verbal estimate of almost €4,000 for a supposed head gasket, with the cylinder head most likely to be reworked in another workshop, blah blah blah....€4,000 minimum! I asked him how he could be sure about the head gasket since no serious diagnosis had been performed on my car. He replied that they had pressurized the cooling system for several days but found nothing. One of his employees even went so far as to add that my car "was ruined" because, at that rate, it would be better to replace the engine, or even the car! Faced with so much bad faith, so many vague contradictions, and not being able to get my car back immediately, I decided to pick it up the next day at 8 a.m. A sleepless night brings counsel. The next day, the boss, who had been curt and annoyed the day before, was this time all sugary and full of pride, and explained that I didn't have to pay anything because no diagnosis had been made on my car.... What a joke!!! Even if I had had to pay, I wouldn't have! Having quickly understood the day before who I was dealing with, in less than 2 minutes I retrieved my vehicle without a word, having sat in their parking lot for 2 weeks. After a quick search online, I realized that the problem was the EGR valve. 2 months and 400 euros of repairs later in a small garage, my car is running perfectly again! Conclusion on Garage du Gravier: - Are they exceptionally incompetent? - Or are they nasty little liars, ready to rip you off for 10 times the cost of the repair? In either case, Garage du Gravier is a place to RUN AWAY!!!

Run away! We dropped off our vehicle due to a white smoke problem and requested a diagnosis before any repairs. At first, everything was clear, with good explanations and a quick response to our vehicle. And then... After more than 2 weeks of waiting and no news from them, we called. The mechanic stammeringly told us that no diagnosis had been made... but all odds were in favor of a head gasket replacement. We'd blindly go for the most expensive option, it's so simple! Knowing that on our car model there could be several causes... Over €2,000 quickly estimated! And then, as we continued to discuss, we realized that the mechanic didn't want to carry out the repair and completely dropped the matter, without apologizing, of course!!!!! No responsibility. In the end, we wasted two weeks and had our car returned, which wasn't even opened.!!!!... This garage is highly discouraged!!!! No consideration for the customer!!!

Incorrect diagnosis and no estimate provided. Verbal offer of an exorbitant price! Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

Passing through Agen in early August from Marseille with a worrying low DPF fluid warning light, this garage, despite its very full schedule, was the only one willing to provide emergency roadside assistance. The mechanics and their managers were also very professional and friendly, and they even lent us a courtesy car. Kudos to the whole team and thank you again for this service which saved us a lot of trouble.

I got a flat tire 100 meters from the garage. I went to see them for help, and they changed my tire for free. So I made an appointment to have my tires changed, and they changed them that same evening, after closing time! I highly recommend them; they were very pleasant and helpful.
