Having an electronic problem with my Dacia, I went to the Renault garage in Aigueblanche. Specifically, the message on the dashboard indicated that the engine would shut off in less than 500 km if I didn't refill the AdBlue tank. As I was on my way back from Belgium (900 km), I panicked. Obviously, I filled the AdBlue tank immediately, but the orange warning light AND the message remained. Apparently, this is a known problem with Renault and Dacia, and often resolved by a simple software reset. The mechanic refused to connect the computer and sent me away. This is unacceptable! I wasn't asking for a full service, just a test for a reset. OUTRAGEOUS

Good diagnosis and handling of the vehicle as quickly as possible. Vehicle dropped off on Wednesday morning and picked up on Friday evening for return to the North of France.
