1 star, because I couldn't give 0!
Very dissatisfied with this mechanic's service; a charlatan…
I went in for an oil change, and it was only partially done. Out of 4 filters that needed changing, he only changed 1… a quarter of the job!
However, he charged me 200 euros, whereas the previous one cost me 160 euros; a 40% price increase for 25% of the work done. That's some serious shady business!
And to top it off, since we disagreed with them, they called us "liars"! That's some serious business…

First of all, the saying goes, "He who justifies himself condemns himself"; Your explanations show that you have some things to reproach yourself for... Regarding the defamation and insults you claim to have received, I took care to qualify my statements and put them in quotation marks; everyone, in their own conscience, can judge the veracity of my words. However, when my wife came to your establishment, YOU didn't hesitate to call me a liar (without quotation marks), in my absence.
As for your professionalism, asking me for the last invoice and going online to find out what needs to be done for an oil change on a New Beetle gives an idea of "your reputation"... If there are any reparations to be made following this outrage, it is up to me to request them from the appropriate authorities.
I therefore urge you to take careful note of this message, and yours, before spreading your accusations, which are, in this case, defamatory and unfounded, online.

A garage that, as its name suggests, is a complete joke!
You go in for an oil change, and you leave with a whole host of other problems that the mechanic can't even fix... Don't go there.

We recently bought a used Renault Grand Scenic from a private seller. Since we had a two-hour drive home with our baby, we stopped at Garage Carton to check the vehicle's condition before heading back.

Nothing but good things to say. Quick service, fast and free diagnosis, reasonable labor costs, excellent communication with everyone at the garage, and the mechanics explained things clearly. I have absolutely no complaints; I'll go back without hesitation.

Purchase of his personal vehicle, after 1 month injector hs repair paid and our mechanic still finds defects including the injector badly mounted which put HS the Fap, today another DIY repair found.
