We had a broken camping car, we turned up at 11.45, we had a diagnosis by 12 o'clock. By 2.30 part needed was ordered and delivered same day. They fitted us in to there already busy schedule. We were on the road again by 10 o'clock next morning. Can't thank them enough for an amazing very fast service. Spoke a little English but much more than our French. Thank you so much xx

A trunk that wouldn't open just one week before leaving for a ski trip with two children, sleds, etc.
The technician (Fabien) arranged for me to get a quote, ordered the parts, and found a repair slot before my departure. A huge thank you to him! He was very available, attentive, and the problem was resolved quickly. I'll definitely go back.

Having two orange warning lights on my vehicle, I wanted to have it serviced to get it back in working order. So I contacted this garage to make an appointment, which was scheduled for November 4th at 2 PM.
My wife, seven months pregnant, and I went there. We were proudly informed that this was a vehicle diagnostic check, that it would cost €148, and that it would take two hours. Quite pleased, we left our vehicle and went for a drive, which, as expected, lasted two hours. We returned at 4:15 PM, allowing a reasonable amount of time for the vehicle to be put in and taken out of the diagnostic lab—basically, a little extra time. Imagine our surprise when we found our car parked exactly in the same spot as before! We inquired and learned that the vehicle hadn't been checked yet, for a reason that escaped the customer service representative. So, they returned the vehicle after the diagnostic check 45 minutes later, and incredibly, they told us what the warning lights were indicating, which we already knew. Unbelievable, I was about to give them a medal.
So, the result: €148 to find out what we already knew.
But that's not all. They warmly assured us that we would receive the estimate the NEXT DAY, but that it might end up in our spam folder (it takes a lot of spam to get an email marked as such), and that they would contact us to confirm receipt.
Gullible as I am, I waited for the garage's response without going to any other garages.
So here we are today, November 10th. I call the garage, and they smile and say, "Oh, I don't know, I'll call the expert... I don't know what..."
"Well, actually, we still haven't given you an estimate because we don't know where to find your parts (I realize a Dacia Duster is a relatively niche vehicle in France), so we don't know how much it might cost."
"But above all, don't forget to scan the little Pyrame card to leave us a review on Google."
"Oh, madam, I won't forget, I promise."
A promise is a promise.
